The first day!

Day one of my new fitness workout. I know it is not the first of the year yet, but I am starting early. Reading a blog entry from Chad Fowler reminded me that it takes 20 days or more to create a habit. So I figure if I start now, I could be almost at habit two weeks into the year...

I have actually been cutting back on food and adjusting my food habits for the last couple weeks. Trying to get it back inline to what it should be. But I was inspired by my wife to also kick-off the workouts and get that included back into my healthy habits.

Day two of the journey!

OK!!! I am loving the Wii Fit. I did not figure I would get an actual workout... But I did today, I really did. I was honestly sweating, but at the same time, having a lot of fun.

I am tracking all my stats from the Wii. It gives me my BMI, Weight, everything. Just stand on the scale and let it give me all the bad news.

I worked out several times today. A couple 10 minutes at a time, and then a solid 30 minutes straight on the Aerobics. You know I feel a little goofy, but I am having fun. The kids are joining in, and it has been not just a work-out, but family fun...
